hey so i am thinking that maybe you can make a bros. quay film not so much by showing the actions (the barbies) but more the reactions? it can still be stop motion, but you can have the objects moving without agency (like the cocaine being sucked off a mirror... some one putting the food on plates on the table, the food being eaten, wine drank, etc etc. all without people??)
or you need to see buffalo '66 and check out how vincent gallo does the family dinner with christina ricci.
